j'étais bien motivée à me rendre tôt au musée ce matin... mais... bein y'avait une vente de garage/vide grenier/brocante et je ne pouvais pas ne pas m'arrêter!
if anything in this world is the same no matter where you go, it must be garage sales : everybody's got junk! this one however didn't offer lemonade, bbq and cupcakes... probably the only time ottawa will ever have a culinary leg up over france!
i could have furnished an entire apartment in this stall! i was attracted to the colourful box on the ground but stayed for the pseudo-bertoia chairs, the lamp and that little sewing-kit table! that would be fun to attempt eventually...
vintage (clipping-covered?!) dress form, granny-square blanket, sea-foam chair, "oiseaux de france" nature poster... régine and katie, if i could i would have shipped this entire set to victoire stat!
ce monsieur vendait une multitude d'objets de verre... des restants de laboratoire? une collection? un problème de boisson!? qui sait!!j'ai été très sage et n'ai acheté que deux cartes postales, dont une de 1905 avec une note écrite en arrière, un timbre, une adresse et tout!
(my favourite part is "certains pays étrangers n'acceptant pas la correspondance"!à vous , une cordiale poignée de main de votre marie-camille.

omg, pictures of garage sales make me giddy with excitement! symptom of a shopping addict I guess, but it really gets my heart racing!this one looks like it was particularly awesome...Love all the mini glass bottles especially!
