prise deux

si je vous dis crème glacée à l'harissa, caviar de betterave et noix, salade de haricots blancs à la noix de coco et à la coriandre, vous répondez quoi?
et si j'ajoute compote d'abricot-verveine, gâteau choco-banane-rhum, granité au litchi, glace au basilic, tarte châtaigne-abricot et mirabelle (prune jaune) pochée aux amandes?
when we left he said "à la prochaine", but when i told him i was leaving next week he gave me a business card and made me promise to send him a postcard from "wherever home is"!

That all sounds delish, except for the harissa ice cream... questionable.

I am seriously behind on the ice cream making this summer!

it was in fact the lowlight of the meal... sweet and creamy yet hot and spicy? my tastebuds were mega confused!
